Taste the delicious from our BioGut
The RETTER BioGut is the cradle of the Pöllauer Hirschbirne, an old Styrian pear variety with a full flavor, not too sweet and very fruity. For over 25 years, we have been cultivating organic orchards with Hirschbirne and quince trees around our hotel. From the rich harvest, we produce delicious culinary delights.
In the RETTEREI you can cost our products and you can enjoy our home-baked bread, ice cream, herbs, jams, distillates and much more. We are happy to host groups up to 80 persons on the large nature park terrace with view and in the RETTEREI.
Our holistic lifestyle seminars, such as beekeeping courses, bokashi workshops, bread baking courses and herb workshops, impart knowledge about the traditions of our region.
