Welcome!
We are looking forward to your visit! For our hotel guests, restaurant patrons, and seminar participants we offer free parking directly adjacent to the hotel. For an additional Euro 7.- per night you may enjoy the privilege of your own parking spot in one of our two indoor garages underneath the hotel.

Use the A2 (Südautobahn) to Gleisdorf (Exit West), take Bundesstrasse B54 (direction Hartberg / Wien) to Kaindorf; at the Centre of Kaindorf turn left towards Pöllau; about 1km before Pöllau turn right to Kirchackersiedlung, and continue to follow the signs for Hotel Retter; about 4.5 km to the hotel.
Use the A2 (Südautobahn) to Exit Hartberg, go to the Center of Hartberg, from there follow Bundesstrasse B54 (direction Graz); continue for about 2 km to Ring Rasthaus; at next intersection follow signs to Pöllau; about 1 km before Pöllau turn right to Kirchackersiedlung, and continue to follow the signs for Hotel Retter; about 4.5 km to the hotel.
Start south on A10 and follow route to Radstadt – Schladming – Liezen – Bruck – Stanz im Mürztal – Fischbach – Birkfeld – Pöllau; at the traffic circle turn left to Pöllauberg, follow signs for Hotel Retter; about 3.5 km to the hotel.
Start east on A1 (Westautobahn to Vienna); 30 km before Vienna take the A21 to Brunn am Gebirge; there, join the A2 (Südautobahn) towards Graz; Exit Hartberg, go to the Center of Hartberg, from there follow Bundesstrasse B54 (direction Graz); continue for about 2km to Ring Rasthaus; at next intersection follow signs to Pöllau; about 1 km before Pöllau turn right to Kirchackersiedlung, and continue to follow the signs for Hotel Retter; about 4.5 km to the hotel.

Easy arrival
Enjoy a relaxed journey to Hotel Retter and use public transport such as the Dr. Richard bus from Vienna to Hartberg – journey time approx. 1.5 h – (to timetable) or the bus from Graz to Hartberg journey time approx. 1 h (to timetable) or the Retter Taxi Service.
For stays of two nights or more, we will be happy to pick you up from Hartberg bus station free of charge. For the return journey to Hartberg we charge Euro 36,-.
We kindly ask you to announce your pick-up from Hartberg train station, Graz airport or Vienna at least 5 days before arrival at the hotel.

For stays of two nights or more, we will be happy to pick you up free of charge from Hartberg bus station. We kindly ask you to announce your pick-up from Hartberg train station, Graz airport or Vienna at least 5 days before arrival at the hotel. For bookings at short notice, the transfer will be charged.
