In the cycle of nature from the origin to perfection.
The Retter BioGut is the cradle of the Hirschbirn. Our foods grow in Eastern Styria and in our own organic orcharding, which are certified for 25 years. In the RETTEREI you can cost, buy and enjoy our home-baked bread, ice cream, herbs, jams, distillates and much more. We are happy to host groups up to 80 persons on the large nature park terrace with view and in the RETTEREI.
Here holistic lifestyle seminars such as bee-courses, Bokashi workshops, bread-baking courses, herbal workshops, etc. will take place in the future, as well as guided tours through the production facility and the energy-optimized building.
