Your safe stay at the Retter Bio-Natur-Resort

All Covid measures at a glance:

Arrival (2-G rule)
  • Proof of 2-G ist required during during your stay in the hotel
    • Please check the validity of your certificate online: https://gruenerpass.gv.at/en/
    • You will need to show your certificate or the QR code of the Green Pass as well as an official ID upon first entering the hotel.
  • Alternatively you can show your vaccination certificate.
  • Please make use of the possibility to check-in online prior to your arrival. You will receive a link to the registration form 4 days before your arrival via e-mail. Our team at the front office will then only need your signature.
General rules
  • If possible keep a distance of 2 m to other guests not sharing your household.
  • It is mandatory to wear an FFP2 mask in all public areas of the hotel (except when seated for eating or drinking, when using our chairs and beds in the wet area of the wellness centre or when using our pools, saunas or steam baths).
  • Please do not shake hands and do not hug if avoidable.
  • Wash your hands regularly with water and soap for at least 30 seconds
  • Sneeze and cough into the crook of your arm or use a handkerchief
  • Please do not travel if you show any signs of illness!
  • If you show any symptons during your stay, please go to your room immediately to isolate yourself. Call our front desk (extension 989) and follow our staff’s instruction. We highly appreciate your cooperation!
Seminars and conferences
  • The 2-G rule and the obligation to wear an FFP2 mask also apply in our seminar area (except when seated for eating or drinking). However, the organiser or leader of your event may choose to apply more stringent rules at any time.
Restaurant and hotel bar
  • Please use the disinfectant dispensers at the entrance and the buffet area.
  • Food and beverages must be consumed seated at tables that are physically separate from any bar or where orders are taken. The bar area is a prohibited area. Please order your preferred beverages at your table.
  • The current curfew for restaurants is 10 PM.
Wellness area
  • Please book your massage and cosmetic treatments prior to your arrival, if possible. Should you prefer our staff to treat you with a face mask, please let them know at the beginning of the treatment.
  • There are no more distance regulations at the moment. However, we kindly ask you not to overcrowd our saunas and the steam bath and – if necessary – wait a short time until a spot opens up again.
  • There are plenty disinfectant dispensers in our wellness area and in our gym.
  • TIP: Please use the quiet hours in the morning or after dinner!
Retter BioGut
  • Wearing your FFP2 mask is mandatory. If you use our gastronomy area, please show your room key card as proof that you already fulfill the 2-G requirement. When seated, you may then take off your FFP2 mask. Children less than 14 years of age may wear a normal face mask instead of an FFP2 mask, children less than 6 years of age do not need to wear any mask at all.

Upon presentation of a valid quarantine certificate you may cancel your booking 2 days before arrival. The arising cancellation fee will be converted into a hotel voucher of the same value. Should our hotel be closed by the authorities, no fees will be charged and any payment made in advance will be returned.

For arrivals until December 18, 2021:

– cancellation free of charge until 3 days before arrival
– within 2 days before arrival 90% cancellation fee
All cancellations have to be submitted in writing.

For arrivals from December 27th, 2021 to January 2nd, 2022:

RETTER-CAREFREE-PACKAGE without risk for new private bookings:

Upon presentation of a valid quarantine certificate you may cancel your booking 2 days before arrival. The arising cancellation fee will be converted into a hotel voucher of the same value. Should our hotel be closed by the authorities, no fees will be charged and any payment made in advance will be returned.

– cancellation free of charge until 14 days before arrival
– 13 to 3 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee
– within 2 days before arrival 90% cancellation fee
All cancellations have to be submitted in writing.
